The Welcome Reception will greet you in the heart of Interbelic Bucharest, at the Athénée Palace, a true symbol for the beautiful atmosphere of the "Once upon a time..." Bucharest.

Guests will be welcomed at the Athenee Palace Hilton starting with 19:30 hours.

Transportation from the conference venue to the location will be provided, as follows:
• Bus departure from the conference venue (JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel) will be organized at 18:50 hours.
• Return to conference venue (JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel) will be starting with 23:00 hours.
