Paper submission: We are recalling the fact that the paper submission is now open, here: http://www.epapers.org/ess2013. All author submission information can be found on the submission site.

Deadline for submission: 15^th of April, 2013.
Certification of acceptance: 7th of June, 2013.

For your convenience, we are recalling here the Conference topics which are available here for ESSCIRC 2013 and here for ESSDERC 2013, respectively. In the ESSDERC case we have new topics of (1) Optoelectronic and photonic devices; (2) Carbon-based devices are included.
