Registration – Bucharest 2013:

Kindly see below a few details regarding your registration at the conference venue, JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel:
Registration desks:
- • Registration for the Conference will open on Monday afternoon, starting with 4.00 pm (September 16th, 2013). Registration desks will be opened every day, until 6.00 pm.
- • The registration area is at the 1st floor Foyer. Please follow the signage "ESSCIRC/ESSDERC REGISTRATION" once you have entered The JW Marriott.
- • The registration desks are set-up in alphabetic order after your first name, as you filled-in on the website form (i.e. John Brown will look for his badge at the "J" letter).
- • Upon registration you will be kindly asked to sign in the list of attendees, for the event’s records.
- • Please make sure you wear your badge at the event, during all the days, in order to have access to ESSCIRD/ESSDERC sessions and side events.
- • Please ask for your hard copy of the conference book and/or extra flash drive at the registration, if you paid for these extra options.
On-site registration and payment:
- • Available, in the registration area.
- • Accepted cards for onsite payment: Visa and Mastercard.
- • You will be asked to fill in a registration form prior to your payment.
Conference schedule:
- • Monday, September 16th – Tutorial day, tutorial sessions start at 9.30 am
- • Tuesday, September 17th – Conference day 1, conference starts at 8.00 am
- • Wednesday, September 18th – Conference day 2, conference starts at 8.30 am
- • Thursday, September 19th – Conference day 3, conference starts at 9.00 am
- • Friday, September 20th – Workshop day, workshop sessions start at 8.50 am

Canceling and refund terms

No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from all refunds.
